Born on Pohnpei (March 10, 1964).  Attend Pohnpei Island Central school and graduated 1982 with a diploma.  Attend Community College of Micronesia and graduated with an A.A degree in General Studies in 1982.  Attended Eastern Oregon University (formerly known as Eastern Oregon State College), graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies in 1988.

Employed by the College of Micronesia-FSM (formerly known as Community College of Micronesia) in November 1992 and has been working in the Learning Resources Center since then.

Has been volunteering since 2012 for the Pingelap Bible Translation Organization as a Pingelap translator and reviewer.  Pingelap is one of the main dialects in the Pohnpei language.  Pohnpei is native language in the Pohnpeian culture but English is the official language since 1944 during the Navy times.

Married to Evelyn Ramon of Mand village since March 1993. We had one daughter who was born March 1, 1995.

Have done some translations of English to Pohnpei language since 2019 and still active doing it by assisting any company or companies needing my help.
