Source text - English Supplier shall hold Purchaser or third parties using or selling the materials and/or equipment under the order harmless and shall defend them free of charge against any suit or action for infringement of patents, invention rights, copyrights or trademarks deriving from the use or sale of such materials and/or equipment. Supplier shall also hold Purchaser free of liability or losses and shall indemnify it for any loss, economic guarantee, cost, damage or expenses incurred due to any suit or action against them or against third parties using or selling the materials and/or equipment under the order.
