Ausgangstext - Englisch "Financing of terrorism" shall mean:
(a) Collection or provision of funds or other assets in the knowledge that the funds or assets are to be used, even in part, to carry out a crime of terror, terrorist attack or crime that is intended to enable or facilitate the commitment of such crime, or to support persons or groups of persons preparing for the commitment of such crime,
(b) Acting with the intention to remunerate or compensate a perpetrator of an act of terror, terrorist attack, or a crime that is intended to enable or facilitate the commitment of such crime, or to remunerate or compensate a next of kin in the sense of the Penal Code, or collecting funds for such remuneration or compensation,
(c) for the purposes of the AML Act, this term shall also include the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, which is understood as collection or provision of funds or other assets in the knowledge that such funds or assets are to be used, even in part, by a proliferator of weapons of mass destruction or to be used to support proliferation of such weapons in contradiction with requirements of the international law;
(a) prikupljanje ili obezbeđivanje novčanih ili imovinskih sredstava znajući da će se sredstva ili imovina koristiti, u celosti ili delimično, za izvršenje krivičnog dela terorizma, terorističkog napada ili zločina koji ima za cilj da omogući ili olakša izvršenje takvog krivičnog dela, ili da podrži lica ili grupe lica koja se pripremaju za izvršenje takvog krivičnog dela,
(b) postupanje sa namerom da se nagradi ili kompenzuje počinilac terorističkog akta, terorističkog napada ili krivičnog dela čiji je cilj da omogući ili olakša izvršenje takvog krivičnog dela, ili da se nagradi ili kompenzuje najuži član porodice u pogledu Krivičnog zakonika, ili prikupljanja sredstva za takvu nagradu ili nadoknadu,

To maximise IS security, the Company is guided by the imperative principle "Everything that is not allowed is forbidden".
Company can check at any time of a day that the host does not use Company information systems (including e-mail and the Internet) for non-direct work purposes.
To ensure that an IS user has access to a computer workstation in the event of a malfunction, the Company is at least one standard configuration backup computer.
Access Control
To eliminate the possibility of unauthorised access to the IS, each user has a separate identifier:
Users identifiers are created, according to the Head of the Personnel Department or an authorised employee of the application submitted;
All lSes for the same user must be assigned the same unique user name if possible;
Company employees are given access only to those ISes that are necessary for their direct work.
Periodic Review of the Use of Access Rights
Periodic review of user access rights is performed on demand, but at least once a year.
The IS Administrator responsible for the information system must initiate a user's system view of the system.
The IS Administrator responsible for the specific IT system must provide a list of the access points granted to the respective IS host and respond to any relevant changes.

Da bi maksimizirala sigurnost IS-a, Kompanija se rukovodi imperativnim principom „Zabranjeno je sve što nije dozvoljeno“.
Kompanija može da proveri u bilo koje doba dana da host ne koristi informacione sisteme Kompanije (uključujući e-poštu i internet) u nedirektne radne svrhe.
Da bi se osiguralo da korisnik IS-a ima pristup računarskoj radnoj stanici u slučaju kvara, Kompanija ima najmanje jedan rezervni računar standardne konfiguracije.
Kontrola pristupa
Da bi se eliminisala mogućnost neovlašćenog pristupa IS-u, svaki korisnik ima poseban identifikator:

Periodični pregled korišćenja prava pristupa
Periodični pregled prava pristupa korisnika vrši se na zahtev, a najmanje jednom godišnje.
IS administrator odgovoran za informacioni sistem mora da inicira korisnikov sistemski pregled sistema.
IS administrator odgovoran za određeni IT sistem mora da obezbedi listu pristupnih tačaka dodeljenih dotičnom IS host-u i da odgovori na sve relevantne promene.
