This is because of development of MPU capable of computing as many as tens of million times per second, which in turn enabled by advancement of micro-wiring technology. IC chip of about the finger-tip size has wirings invisible to naked eyes, and thus for IC packages, it is required to have equally fine wiring technology to match. As IC chip advances following Moore's law, so does the IC packaging technology.

Source text - English Start the engine and let it idle for 5 minutes.If the air temperature is below 10°C (50°F), let the engine idle for an additional 5 minutes (a total of 10 minutes). An engine that is not warmed sufficiently may give an inaccurate (low) oil level reading. While the engine is idling, support the ATV in an upright position to make sure you get an accurate oil level reading.
Stop the engine. Immediately unscrew and remove the oil filler cap/dipstick and wipe it clean. Supporting the ATV in an upright position, insert the oil filler cap/dipstick until it seats, but do not screw it in. Remove the oil filler cap/dipstick and check the oil level against the upper level mark on the dipstick.
If oil is needed, add the recommended oil until the oil level reaches the upper level mark. Do not overfill.
Re-insert the oil filler cap/dipstick and screw it in tightly. Check for oil leaks.
When exchanging oil, refer to the official shop manual.

Therefore, when use of hydrogen gas pipeline is considered, it is necessary to make clear the impact of rising hydrogen content resulting from plastic strain on the strength of material. In this research, hydrogen penetration test and tensile test are carried out using pre-production 0.078 mass percentage low-carbon steel as SGP pipe to make clear the impact of pre-strain on hydrogen penetration characteristic as well as on tensile strength. Furthermore, dimple and void formation process of the tensile test fracture specimen is observed and hydrogen embrittlement mechanism is examined. As mentioned above, since SGP metal pipe is made by plastic forming process into a cylinder shape, its plastic strain quantity which is generated during plastic forming process (pre-strain quantity) is unclear. Hence, in this research, we decide to use steel sheet before being produced into the SGP iron pipe and pre-strain is added by tensile test.

Source text - English The published work on HIV in people who use drugs shows that the global burden of HIV infection in this group can be reduced. Concerted action by governments, multilateral organisations, health systems, and individuals could lead to enormous benefits for families, communities, and societies. We review the evidence and identify synergies between biomedical science, public health, and human rights. Cost-effective interventions, including needle and syringe exchange programmes, opioid substitution therapy, and expanded access to HIV treatment and care, are supported on public health and human rights grounds; however, only around 10% of people who use drugs worldwide are being reached, and far too many are imprisoned for minor offences or detained without trial. To change this situation will take commitment, advocacy, and political courage to advance the action agenda. Failure to do so will exacerbate the spread of HIV infection, undermine treatment programmes, and continue to expand prison populations with patients in need of care.

I have always been interested in languages since childhood. When others were watching cartoons on TV I was reading grammar books instead. :) I think language is the most important tool to understand cultures. And vice versa. Exposure to local culture and customs is the best way to master a language. Asian cultures has attracted me the most. Since 2000 I have lived in various parts of Asia including Japan, Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Languages are only tools to express ideas. However you need to be familiar with those ideas to be able to translate them correctly. During my studies I took courses on Machinery, Economics, Finance and Information Technology, which proved to be very useful for prviding correct and efficient translation/interpretation services.
In my pastime I do sports such as rowing, swimming, jogging, skiing and Aikido.
