I have just spoken with the restaurant regarding the menu and deposit and they have confirmed that we do have to pay £5 per head.
With regards to the menu, I think the this one looks very nice: http://www.zizzi.co.uk/christmas/pdfs/Zizzi_Xmas_Menu_21.95.pdf so I think we could go for this one.

I have checked with them that slight variations can be made (say to the pizza toppings) or to add more vegetarian options.
They would also like to have our choice of main dish a few days in advance, so please let me know what you think you would like to have.

Hi again,
I've just paid the deposit over the phone but you can give me the money on the day (which they will deduct from the final bill).
The've also told me that we need to give the menu choices a few days in advance, so I would need to have them by Wednesday 8th December at the latest.

I think, if I remember rightly, Dean said he'd be free to come on 11th too, but he's in Brazil at the moment I think and obviously hasn't signed up but I'm pretty sure he was planning on joining us.
