Still don't have access to my emails...

Hi,

Could somebody help me? I can't have access to my emails/control panel/Website... I have sent a ticket on Monday, no news since then. I don't have any emails right now. I renewed my hosting last week, and that seems to cause the problem since my domain is not renewed yet (although the payment has been done).

Could you tell me if this will be solved soon?
Am I the only one in this situation?

Hi Veronique,

Apologies for the delayed response to the support ticket. But your domain was not automatically renewed because you used eCheck as a payment method on PayPal, which usually requires around five days to clear.

Please note that any purchases on ProZ.com using the eCheck method on PayPal will not be processed until the payment clears.
