Is there a translation tool with such features, liked below in priority order:
1) web-based
2) open source
3) deployable of my own server
4) database based (for increasing search speed and managing gigabytes od data)
5) easy to import translation memories, dictionaries, glossaries
6) full text search feature (as well as fuzzy seach)
7) Option to plug customlemmatization tool
