N/A Mar 7

The way I see it, the more work I have at any given time, the more productive I have to be.
Early in the day I tend to have to deal with officialdom (taxes, etc.) and have more chores around the house to do, whereas in the evening I have more time available to devote to work, but it really depends on the amount of work I have and the deadlines, etc.

Afternoon Mar 7

I like to start early in the morning (started at 7 a.m. this morning) when my mind is fresh but I am certainly more productive in the afternoon. It really depends on a lot of factors: quality of my sleep the night before, job deadline, complexity of the document, familiarity with the subject matter, number of interruptions…

Early in the morning Mar 7

My productivity and motivation peaks while I am actually enjoying my morning coffee. Apart from that: what Christopher wrote.

I don't know, depends Mar 7

But what I do know, it's NOT early in the morning! It takes me an hour to wake up properly (shower, breakfast, newspaper, Tai Chi). I am not a 'morning man'.

. Mar 8

It used to be late afternoon through to the evening, then early in the morning.
Now, like Chris, I think I work best when the deadline imposes a cracking pace.
