Source text - English 4- GİZLİ BİLGİNİN İADE EDİLMESİ
4.1. İşbu sözleşme sona ermesine rağmen gizlilik yükümlülüğü; gizli bilgi, gizlilik özelliğini ve niteliğinin kaybedene kadar devam edecektir.
4.2. ÇALIŞAN, gizli bilgileri yalnızca ŞİRKET’in amacı dahilinde kullanılacaktır. Gizli bilgilerin veriliş amacının ortadan kalkması üzerine ve taraflarca aksi kararlaştırılmadığı takdirde ÇALIŞAN, gizli bilgiler’i kullanmaya son verecektir.
4.3. İşbu sözleşmenin sona ermesi ile birlikte; yazılı bir uyarı veya talebe gerek olmaksızın tüm gizli bilgiler ve şirket dökümanları en geç 15 gün içinde ŞİRKET’e teslim edilecektir. Bu sürede teslim edilmez ise, işbu sözleşme kapsamındaki taahhütlerine aykırı eylemlere giriştiği ve/veya gireşeceği karine olarak kabul edilecektir.
Translation - Turkish 4 - RETURN OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
4.1. Despite the termination of this contract, the confidentiality obligation shall continue until the confidential information loses its confidentiality feature and quality.
4.2. The EMPLOYEE shall use confidential information only for the purpose of the COMPANY. Upon the termination of the purpose for which confidential information is provided and unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the EMPLOYEE shall cease to use confidential information.
4.3. Upon termination of this contract; all confidential information and company documents shall be delivered to the COMPANY within maximum 15 days without the need for a written warning or request. If it is not delivered within this period, it shall be considered as a presumption that has undertaken and/or shall undertake actions contrary to its commitments within the scope of this contract.
