Можно, конечно, выдумать что-то соответственное ('gaming substitute', например), но стоит ли? Тоже ж ведь будет выдуман.

: Yes, "casino tokens" sounds more formal, but I don't think "cash in your casino tokens" will catch on!

Thank you, David. Informally, everyone uses 'chips,' including casino employees. So I reckon it depends on the type of document Alexander is translating.
