In this case i would choose "instalatie" for "impianto".
As for "dorsale" you are right , but I thought about more about the interior part used to monitorize the exterior part (tv, cameras, etc); maybe I can use "ansamblu" ? eventually maybe I can say " ansamblu interior videointerfon"?

Normally dorsale in Italian is dorsal in Romanian.
