Il FMI (Art. IV Report sul Paese 12/217 dell’agosto 2012) ha evidenziato con riferimento al valore a fine 2011 una modesta sopra valutazione del cambio reale effettivo (stimata compresa tra 0 e 10%) con un cambio effettivo nominale del 9% più alto rispetto alla quotazione che non penalizzerebbe la competitività del settore manifatturiero.
