transport coordinator

7 hrs
scheduler
This is what I have seen used, and used myself.
This is what he/she does at work:
Executes delivery scheduling processes to ensure ...
Focuses on schedule development and provides follow up on the execution of order scheduling.
Monitors stock availability and orders and performas various tasks necessary to schedule/optimize deliveries.
Would this description go for the job you are dealing with?
It may depend on the industry that the person works in, though, and I have also used the Finnish "kuormansuunnittelija" for a scheduler.

And then again, having now looked at Marja's links, it could be transport coordinator, just as well :)
Maybe that would be better name for the job especially in a (smaller?) family business...
