Doesn't sound great but it does seem to be used, and not just as a tranlsation from the Finnish

Document fees can be charged or paid in cash - when you pick up an official document in Finland a nominal fee of a few euros is charged. If there is more than one document, for instance a stack of documents, it is called documentation fee.
