Mislio sam da je to isto sto i 'force majeure', ali sam citao pitanja za 'act of god' za neke druge jezike i uglavnom se svi slazu da to nisu sinonimi, vec da 'act of god' pada pod 'force majeure'.
Kako bi se onda to prevelo na spskom? Prirodne nepogode? Posto vidim da se uglavnom pod 'acts of god' spominju pozari, poplave, oluje i sl.

Discussion
Međutim, koliko ja znam, u srpskom uglavnom postoje slučajevi „više sile“ koji se dalje preciziraju tako da bi to odgovaralo definiciji „force majeure“ – najšire, obuhvataju sve slučajeve. Zbog bolje razumljivosti za srpskog čitaoca i ako u tekstu imate samo „act of God“ i kontekst vas ne ograničava (specificira baš slučajeve definisane samo za „act of God“), to bi se moglo prevesti i kako je već predloženo: „viša sila“.
