ęîěďŕęň äčńęîâč

There isn`t an acronym for it in cyrillic that is used or that would be recognized. You could use the full name, compact disk, which in cyrillic reads "ęîěďŕęň äčńę", the plural form "ęîěďŕęň äčńęîâč".

I must admit though that I`ve never actually seen it written in cyrillic either. Normally, technical manuals, technical equipment and such is written using a form of English alphabet.
