English to Portuguese Law/Patents Law: Taxation & Customs contrato

If for any reason any provision of this confidentiality agreement is adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such adjudication shall in no way affect any other provision of this confidentiality agreement or the validity or enforcement of the remainder of the confidentiality agreement and the provision affected shall be curtailed only to the extent necessary to bring it within the applicable requirements of the law.
