Hi everyone,

I have just come across this and thought it might well be of interest to those of you who are either British citizens or UK residents.

To the moderator: I really had no idea where to post it. If it's not the right forum, then I apologise.

Well, I did post the link, which explains itself fully. But I appreciate your comment. I've edited the title.

Background info Nov 7, 2011

You can find some background information here. Make yourself a cup of tea, and spend some time listening to the parliamentary debate and the articles. You will learn how court interpreting ceased to be a sustainable career option in the UK.

Best,
Attila

I signed for it Nov 8, 2011

Every petition counts. Agencies pay low don't care about quality as translators themselves. They just pick up phone and redirect jobs.

To the original poster: would you please explain what it all is about? I dislike clicking TinyURLs without knowing where I am getting into. Thanks a lot!
