can't open/get segments, can't find "Fix Documents"

When I click Open/Get, the cursor reverts to the previous line, no yellow field appears and I get the ff message at the bottom edge of the screen:

Bookmark 'tw4winFrom" xor "tw4winUpto" exists: Use "Fixed documents" from the Prados menu!

I have Trados 5.5.2.257. Can't seem to understand what's happening. I can't get segments opened.

Hi Marcus,
Have you used Fix Document? If yes, does it rectify the situation? If not, try to delete the lost bookmark manually, through Word.
