Ignoring Case in MemoQ

Is there a way to set MemoQ to ignore case differences? I have a very large file with several repetitions that only differ in case, so I only get a 90%-99% match.

To auto-confirm these without auto-confirming instances than only differ by a comma, for example, I need a 100% match.
