Booked reserves Booked Reserves shall mean the total outstanding claims liabilities, i.e. case reserves plus any other actuarial reserves, booked by the Reinsured as at of any given date. Taxes The Company shall be responsible for any and all applicable taxes and assessments arising from this Contract.
Currency All payments hereunder shall be made in EURO. All monetary amounts herein are in EURO. All reports and accounts hereunder shall be rendered in EURO.
Reinsurer’s A % on ceded Original Gross Premium (brokerage included)
Expense Allowance
The Reinsurer’s Expense Allowance shall be paid by the Reinsured to the Reinsurer quarterly, within 45 days from the end of the respective quarter.
ADC Threshold EUR 3,000,000 (limit) in excess of EUR 13,000,000 (threshold) applied to
& Limit the Reserve Basis.
ADC Basis of Cover The Reserve Basis of the adverse development shall be:
AEN (a) At the inception of this Contract, the Net Booked Reserves for the retrospective period as at 31/12/2013.
(b) for any date thereafter, the Net Booked Reserves for the retrospective period as at that date plus any losses paid after the 31/12/2013 for the retrospective period up to that date.
The Reinsurer shall participate for its percentage of cession on the Net Booked Reserves for any amount in excess of the ADC threshold and up to the ADC limit. Such participation will be effective from as at 31/12/2013 and will remain effective until commutation.

ÎN VIZIUNEA LUI KARL RAHNER
Abstract: În contextul modernității târzii, Karl Rahner s-a străduit să ofere o soluție teologică actualei și complicatei probleme a pluralismului religios.
Care sunt datele antropologice apriorice ale religiilor? S-a revelat Dumnezeu mântuitor și în religiile extra-biblice? Mai poate fi considerată o cale de mântuire universală și un adevăr religios absolut? Pot fi recunoscute alte religii drept căi de mântuire și profeții lor mântuitori, numind totodată creștinismul religia mântuirii și pe Iisus Hristos Mântuitor absolut? Ce justificare și ce îndreptățire mai are apostolatul creștin dacă mântuirea este cu putință și în celelalte religii? Și ce l-ar putea anima pe un “creștin anonim“ să dorească să treacă de la credința implicită, neconștientizată și anonimă la cea explicită? Într-o lume a diversității religioase și a „credinței slabe”, ce strategii de “acomodare” și de slujire ar trebui să adopte “turma mică” pentru a continua să fie sufletul lumii?
Promovând o perspectivă hristologic-inclusivistă – potrivit căreia Hristos este în religiile lumii și este împlinirea lor, iar nu împotriva sau deasupra lor – și susținând apostolatul mistic al bunei vestiri a universalității mântuirii, Rahner a oferit răspuns la toate aceste întrebări. Răspunsul său și actualitatea acestui răspuns constituie obiectul acestui studiu.

Problematica filosofiei religiei (Religionsphilosophie) și a fenomenologiei religioase (Religionsphänomenologie) a intrat în preocupările teologului catolic Karl Rahner (1904-1984) încă din tinerețea sa. În teza de doctorat în filosofie, Geist in Welt / Spiritul în lume, Rahner a prezentat datele generale ale metafizicii cunoașterii și a arătat cum pot fi ele transcrise în plan fenomenologic. În structura sa intimă, omul e înzestrat cu un dinamism noetic universal și permanent către Misterul absolut. Acest dinamism nu poate fi perpetuu ascendent decât dacă admitem realitatea cunoașterii nemărginite a divinului.
Omul nu este deschis doar către lume și către ființare, în general, ci și către Ființă. Deschiderea către Ființă și disponibilitatea spiritului uman de a auzi și a înțelege graiul Ființei au fost înfățișate de Rahner în cealaltă scriere filosofică a sa, Hörer des Wortes / Ascultător al Cuvântului, lucrare în care a dorit să expună fundamentele unei filosofii a religiei. Pentru teologul german, filosofia religiei poate mijloci cunoașterea raportului real care unește omul cu Absolutul divin. Întemeiată stiințific cu ajutorul metafizicii, filosofia religiei are același temei și același obiect ca metafizica însăși. În cele din urmă, filosofia religiei și metafizica, deși distincte, se întâlnesc în antropologia metafizică. Iar împreună, filosofia religiei și antropologia metafizică, interpretând conceptual relația existențială a omului cu divinitatea, descriu cum este posibilă cunoașterea lui Dumnezeu și unirea omului cu Ființa supremă.
Desigur, orice filosofie a religiei, afirmând, implicit, subiectul uman, devine prin aceasta o antropologie metafizică. Privită din perspectiva conținutului său însă, filosofia religiei nu e altceva decât antropologie teologică fundamentală. La rândul său, teologia naturalis, ca moment intern al metafizicii generale, al ontologiei, este unită originar și permanent cu antropologia metafizică.
Cât privește raportul filosofiei religiei cu teologia revelată, Rahner semnalează că filosofia religiei, ca antropologie teologică fundamentală, nu poate totuși determina o eventuală revelare a lui Dumnezeu sau conținutul acestei revelări. Și asta întrucât Dumnezeu rămâne liber în actul revelării Sale, care este un dar absolut imprevizibil și gratuit. Desigur, omul are disponibilitatea lăuntrică de a asculta Cuvântul și de a ajunge, prin acest act liber, la o înțelegere adâncă a propriei existențe, dar nu trebuie să uităm că însăși disponibilitatea de a asculta Cuvântul este opera lui Dumnezeu, înainte de a fi opera omului. Înțelegem de aici că filosofia religiei nu poate întemeia teologia și că teologia, în calitatea ei de Cuvânt al lui Dumnezeu revelat omului, își are temeiul în ea însăși.
Rahner și-a exprimat convingerea că există o unitate originară între ființa cunoscătoare, cunoaștere și obiectul cunoașterii. Orice obiect al cunoașterii are un anume grad de inteligibilitate. Și, de fapt, obiect al cunoașterii poate fi orice ființare, căci “ființa ființării este inteligibilitate” și orice făptură are rațiunea ei de a fi, e purtătoare de sens transcendent.

ACCORDING TO KARL RAHNER
Abstract: In the context of the late modernity, Karl Rahner endeavoured to offer a theological solution to the current and complicated issue of the religious pluralism.
What are the apriorical anthropological data of religions? Has God revealed Himself in a redeeming way also in the extra-biblical religions? Is it still possible to deem a universal salvation way and an absolute religious truth? Is it possible to acknowledge other religions as ways of salvation and their prophets redeeming, at the same time calling Christianity the religion of salvation and Jesus Christ absolute Saviour? What is the justification and the entitlement of the Christian apostleship if salvation is possible also in the other religions? And what could animate an “anonymous Christian“ to wish to move from the implicit, anonymous belief, of which he is not aware, to the explicit one? In a world of religious diversity and „weak faith”, what strategies of “accommodation” and service should adopt “the little flock” to continue to be the soul of the world?
Promoting a Christological-inclusivist perspective – according to which Christ is in the religions of the world and is their fulfillment, and not against or above – and claiming the mystical apostleship of the good news of the universality of salvation, Rahner offered an answer to all these questions. His answer and the topicality of this answer are the subjects treated in this study.

Homo religiosus as a “hearer of the Word”
The issues of the philosophy of religion (Religionsphilosophie) and of religious phenomenology (Religionsphänomenologie) were the concerns of the catholic theologian Karl Rahner (1904-1984) even early in his life. In his doctoral thesis in philosophy, Geist in Welt / Spirit in the world, Rahner presented the general data of the metaphysics of knowing and pointed out how they can be transcribed in the phenomenological plan. In his intimate structure, the human being is endowed with a universal and permanent noetical dynamism towards the absolute Mystery. This dynamism cannot be perpetually ascending unless we admit the reality of the boundless knowing of the divinity.
The human being is not open only towards the world and existence, generally, but also towards the Being. The opening towards the Being and the willingness of the human spirit to hear and understand the Being’s language were presented by Rahner in the other philosophical work wrote by him, Hörer des Wortes / Hearer of the Word, a work in which he wished to present the foundations of a philosophy of religion. For the German theologian, the philosophy of religion can mediate knowledge of the real relationship that unites the human being with the divine Absolute. Scientifically founded with the help of metaphysics, the philosophy of religion has the same foundation and the same object as metaphysics itself. Ultimately, the philosophy of religion and metaphysics, although distinct, meet in the metaphysical anthropology. And together, the philosophy of religion and the metaphysical anthropology, conceptually interpreting the existential relationship of the human being with divinity, describe how knowing God is possible, as well as human being’s union with the supreme Being.
Certainly, any philosophy of religion, implicitly asserting the human subject, by this becomes a metaphysical anthropology. But if viewed from the point of view of its content, the philosophy of religion is nothing else but fundamental theological anthropology. At its turn, teologia naturalis, as an internal moment of general metaphysics, of ontology, is originally and permanently united with the metaphysical anthropology.
As to the relationship of the philosophy of religion with the revealed theology, Rahner pointed out that the philosophy of religion, as a fundamental theological anthropology, cannot however cause a potential revelation of God or the content of this revelation. And this because God remains free in the act of His revelation, which is an absolutely unpredictable and free gift. Certainly, the human being has the inner willingness to hear the Word and to reach, by this free act, a deep understanding of his own existence, but we must not forget that the willingness to hear the Word is God’s work, before being the man’s work. From this we understand that the philosophy of religion cannot found theology and that theology, as a Word of the God revealed to the human being, has its foundation in itself.
Rahner expressed his conviction that there existed an original unity between the knowing being, knowing and the object of knowing. Any object of knowing has a certain degree of intelligibility. And, in point of fact, object of knowing may be any entity, because “the being of entities is intelligibility” and every creature has its own reason for being, bears a transcendent significance.
