We are students from Ryerson University taking a class in research methodology. As part of this course, we are conducting a study about the attitudes towards same-sex parenting. We invite you to participate in this study.
We are requesting your participation in a voluntary and anonymous online questionnaire, which is expected to take about 10 minutes to complete. To ensure that your anonymity is maintained at all times, your name and contact details will not be required to successfully complete this questionnaire. This means that nobody will know which answers you gave, not even the researchers.
This questionnaire provides you with an opportunity to share your thoughts and experiences. We value your participation and all information received will contribute to a more detailed understanding of the topic. You will not receive any compensation or other benefits. Participating in this study is not associated with any specific risks.
By filling in this questionnaire you declare that you read and understood this information and that you agree to be a participant in this study. You do not have to complete this questionnaire if you do not wish to do so. You can withdraw from this study at any time without any consequences.
Only the research team and the professor for this class, Dr. Michael Mueller, will have access to the data. The data will be destroyed after one year. The results of our study will be submitted as a report to the professor of this class and presented in class.
