Source text - English Now I know exactly how fragile life is and how close to the edge we live. In an instant, the one it takes to turn out the lights or close the door, in that instant our lives can change forever. We all face this crisis at some point, but unlike most, my instant was witnessed by millions and millions of people.
I remember lying there and looking up at the sky, the tingling in my body slowly subsiding, my eyes and mind gradually regaining their focus on the gray New Jersey sky above me, a sky that was turning toward twilight, with a few thin clouds breaking it up.
The buzzing inside my body gradually slipped away, replaced by a new, more terrifying feeling – nothing. I had to get to my feet, to stand upright, to prove to myself that everything was all right. All I needed to do was push myself off the turf, as I had a thousand times before, then look to our sideline for approval of my performance and to gather in the signals for the next play. But for me, there would never be another play.
I tried to get up. My head raised off the ground just enough for its weight to dislodge the bone chips randomly filling the space that had been my C-5 vertebra. I felt something give way. I heard it, too, a grinding and crunching at the top of my spine. And I knew then. I’d broken my neck.
No one else knew. Not yet. It was Mers the guys were worried about at first. He’d taken the hit in his sternum, his body violently recoiling from the blow, then going limp. He was down a long time. Fighting to breathe as some of my teammates went over to help.

They are naturalistic ring-routes, generally developing at moderate altitudes and dedicated to hikers who are not necessarily experts, but interested in thoroughly discover flora, vegetation, fauna, and geology of the places they are visiting.
The texts and images on the boards placed along the routes make the understanding of sometimes complex features easier: they deal with geomorphological or vegetational features and reveal the presence of animals and plants that would otherwise pass unnoticed. They also stress the importance of underrated features, which on the contrary deserve attention and respect.

Source text - English Content of Ammonia in the Fermenter
All substrates contain nitrogen. For higher pH values, even a relatively low nitrogen concentration may inhibit the process of fermentation. Noticeable inhibition occurs at a nitrogen concentration of roughly 5,000 mg ammonium-nitrogen (NH4-N) per litre substrate.
Nonetheless, given enough time, the methanogens are capable of adapting to NH4-N concentrations in the range of 10,000-12,000 mg/l substrate, the main prerequisite being that the ammonia level (NH3) does not exceed 200-300 mg NH3-N per litre substrate. The rate of ammonia dissociation in water depends on the process temperature and ph value of the substrate slurry. These values are very critical for chicken manure digestion.
pH value
The methane-producing bacteria live best under neutral to slightly alkaline conditions. Once the process of fermentation has stabilized under anaerobic conditions, the pH will normally take on a value of between 7 and 8.5. Due to the buffer effect of carbon dioxide-bicarbonate (CO2 - HCO3-) and ammonia-ammonium (NH3 - NH4+), the pH level is rarely taken as a measure of substrate acids and/or potential biogas yield. A digester containing a high volatile acid concentration requires a somewhat higher-than-normal pH value. If the pH value drops below 6.2, the medium will have a toxic effect on the methanogenic bacteria.

Source text - English Danazol belongs to the antigonadotropins and similar agents АТС class (G03XA01).
Danazol is a synthetic steroid derived from ethisterone. Its mechanism of action is multiple and complex. It inhibits directly ovarian steroidogenesis, inhibits the pituitary gonadotropin secretion and also binds to sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) releasing free testosterone. As a result, it produces a hypo-estrogenic and hyper-androgenic environment, which opposed to growth of endometriotic lesions. In addition, danazol interacts directly with steroid receptors (androgen, progesterone) and as a consequence, might have a direct action at the level of target tissue e.g. endometriotic deposits. Furthermore, danazol has an effect on the complement system and cytokines, which participates in its activity in some therapeutic applications (e.g. angioedema). It is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and metabolised in liver.
Danazol was first approved in Brazil in 1973. The first European Marketing Authorization was granted in the United Kingdom on 10 June 1974. The drug is currently approved in more than 95 countries worldwide and marketed in almost all European countries, America, Middle East and Asia.
It is available as capsules for oral administration in three dosages (50, 100 and 200 mg) and for daily dose, which ranges from 200 to 800 mg.
Because of its multiple mechanisms of action, danazol was indicated in a variety of disease, which varies from a country to another one. These include endometriosis, infertility associated to endometriosis, infertility, mastalgia and fibrocystic mastitis, chronic cystic mastitis to reduce the need of surgical aspiration, gynaecomastia, menorrhagia associated with metrorrhagia, preoperative thinning of the endothelium prior its surgical destruction. Product is also indicated in the prevention of hereditary angioedema attacks.
