It is created by the New or Open command on the File menu and is typically saved in a file. (Standard MFC documents, derived from class CDocument, are different from Active documents and OLE compound documents.) A view is a window object through which the user interacts with a document.

Source text - English This Agreement will be governed and interpreted under the laws of Republic of Korea without regard to conflict of laws principles or provisions. In the event of any dispute or controversy between the parties to this Agreement, the parties shall try to resolve the dispute in a fair and reasonable way. To that end, the parties shall first attempt to resolve such dispute or controversy through one senior management member of each party. If the parties’ senior management members are unable to resolve such dispute or controversy within sixty (60) days after the complaining party’s written notice to the other party of such dispute or controversy, the parties shall further seek to resolve the dispute or controversy pursuant to non-binding mediation conducted in Korea. Each party shall bear its own expenses in connection with the mediation except that Apple shall pay the fees and expenses of the mediator. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute or controversy within sixty (60) days after commencing mediation, either party may commence litigation in the courts in Seoul, Korea. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) each party shall have the right to seek equitable relief in order to protect any rights to confidentiality or intellectual property; and (ii) the requirements to issue a dispute notice or attempt to resolve the controversy through senior management or mediation will not apply where the dispute involves a debt owed by Distributor to X. The parties hereby waive any bond requirements for obtaining equitable relief. ANY LITIGATION ARISING OUT OF ANY DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY BETWEEN THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE FIRST DATE SUCH ACTION COULD HAVE BEEN BROUGHT. 제5조 (기밀 유지)
갑, 을, 병은 본 개발에 관한 기술상의 기밀은 물론 본 개발에 따라 알게 된 상대방의 기밀을 다른 자에게 누설해서는 안 된다. 본 협정의 존재, 사업 계획 등의 모든 것은 본 조항의 기밀로 간주된다.
제6조 (의장 • 상표 등)
본 기기에 관한 의장은 갑의 지시에 따른다. 이에 속한 상표 및 디자인에 대해서도 갑에게 귀속하는 것으로 한다.
제7조 (연구, 개발 등의 비용)
갑, 을, 병은 본 개발에 있어 발생하는 비용, 이에 필요한 비용을 각자가 분담한다. 을과 병은 별도의 연구, 개발 수수료를 갑에게 요구하지 않고 향후 판매계약을 할 때 상호간의 이득이 되도록 노력한다.
※ 역자주: 원문에 부담(負担)이라는 단어 대신 분담(分担)이라는 단어가 사용되었습니다. 각자가라는 표현과 모순되어 보입니다.
제8조 (기간)
본 협정의 유효 기간은 협정서 체결 일자 이후 _____ 개월로 한다. 갑, 을, 병은 본 협정의 유효기간 만료 후 _____ 년간은 제5조의 기밀 유지의 의무를 부담한다.
제9조 (계약의 해제)
