This is an abbreviation used in the context of opiate overdose prevention, and I just don't get it. The only references to СПОШ on the net seem to be some kind of high (vocational?) schools - like former PTUs, maybe? - which doesn't make much sense. Anyhow, I can't decipher even the school version properly. Средняя профессионально-образовательная школа?
