Obviously means 'con illuminazione a cielo stellato' but can't seem to get this to work in English...!
Appears in a hotel brochure - not many online reference to this type of lighting in showers although it seems quite popular with turkish baths, jacuzzis etc.
Here are two descriptions I came across online:
1. Vasca idromassaggio in mosaico con massaggio ad aria, cromoterapia e nebbia fredda, sovrastata da cielo stellato, creato con l'ausilio di fibre ottiche, con variante cromatica.
2. Illuminazione a led superiore effetto cielo stellato

starlight shower /starlit shower
This is what immediately comes to mind, together with "starlight effect". You might decide not to use "starlit", although as an ad for the hotel, it could be effective.
