Obviously I know how to translate "adempimento" in normal conditions, but I'm not sure I fully understand it here in this context. The string "successivo adempimento ed adeguamento" is only to be found in the Gazzetta Ufficiale, so it clearly has a very restricted meaning. I can't even find "adempimento" with this 'meaning' on the EMEA site.
Presuming that "adeguamento" is an amendment of the conditions, which the authority (in this case AIFA) assumes the right to make at a later date, is this "adempimento" also an action by AIFA?
