Business types think it's cool to say "synergy" as often as possible. And also "DNA". "sinergie attuative" is almost completely meaningless. :)

In my experience the word "sinergie" in Italian business is almost synonymous with merging two companies and then making as many employees redundant as possible. They are also called "efficientimenti". Might be your case.

Nice to here it. They've synergised so many of them off home, they will now have to synergise them back again. Once upon a time there used to be advantages to be gained from people working together in a team or even from "co-operating".

absolutely not, in this case. if anything the references are to making sure staff levels are sufficiently high, not to laying people off. |
