Proofreading question: Which translation for "Zustellungsurkunde" would be correct and preferrable for Great Britain/the U.S./internationally?
German context: "Es wird eine Zustellungsurkunde benötigt ... Daher wird um Vermittlung der Zustellung über ... gebeten ..."
"A notification by writ/An affidavit of service is required which should contain evidence about the receipt of the document. For this reason, the writ/affidavit must be issued by a law agency..."
And would it be enough to translate "Vermittlung der Zustellung" like above or would it need to be "mediation/service..."?
