Sorry Francis - this text is from Austria and we say Würstel to a Wiener (or Frankfurter as they are called in Austria) and other bigger sausages; bigger than the average English breakfast sausage! And what's more, you can get them all at a Würstelstand.

By the way "small breakfast sausages" gioogles very nicely!One example here:
You can use really any amount of sausages you wish, just don't use the small
breakfast sausages for this, I have even made this using meatballs in place of ...
