Not sure if "heard" fits in this context. Would "consulted" be appropriate? Refers to the Swiss Private School Register.

there will be a hearing
I'm not sure "heard" works, or not as "the school will be heard" - whereas something involving hearing would sound more comprehensible to English-speaking ears. E.g. "there will be a hearing, at which the school will be represented", or "a hearing will take place, at which ..."

Anhörung - hearing (jur.)
die streitenden Parteien anhören - to hear the parties of the dispute
I think "heard" fits in this context quite well and is a juridical term. "Consulted" might sound a bit soft in this case?
