Não tenho conhecimento de como os termos são utilizados em português europeu. No Brasil, a frase seria traduzida como "Neste caso, a interface de backup foi configurada na mesma subrede da interface primária, e somente a interface primária enviará e receberá tráfego de roteamento...". Pena não poder ajudar mais =)
