Edits not being saved

Anybody have issues with edits in the editor not being saved? This happens with numerous people in our company, where they will edit a document and close it and when they open it again the edits they previously added are not saved. Is there anyway to force the edits to be saved or should we wait before closing the document? Sometimes an error about the history being different appears but if multiple people work on the same document it only appears for the person who previously was working on it.... See more
