Hi all,
I am trying to find out if the keyboard shortcuts for the items listed below are the same or different in the Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese localized versions of Adobe Photoshop. Any help would be much appreciated.
SHORTCUT FUNCTION Ctrl + ~ select composite channel (RGB) ] increase brush size [ decrease brush size Shift + ] make brush harder Shift + [ make brush softer

There will be plenty of forums where photographers discuss photoshop techniques in Korean - or ask the question on a forum like that. Alternatively, if you don't get this question answered here, you could contact a random Korean photographer and probably find out that way. Just a suggestion. Good luck!

It wouldn't make any sense if they were not. IMHO, all shortcut properties/capabilities are the same across all language versions.
