Source text - English § 6 PERIOD OF THE AGREEMENT 1. This Agreement shall be concluded for an indefinite period of time. 2. This Agreement may be terminated by either Party with 1 (one) months' notice, whose starting day shall be the first day of the month following the month in which the other Party was informed. 3. Either Party shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect in the event of a serious breach of the obligations under this Agreement by the other Party. 4. The Parties may, in accordance with its content, terminate the Agreement by mutual agreement at any time. 5. Termination of this Agreement shall not release the Parties from the obligations that have not yet been realized, and which resulted from the Agreement prior to communication of the decision to terminate the Agreement. 6. The aforementioned rights shall not preclude the application of legal solutions in the event of failure to perform the Agreement or improper performance of the Agreement, which were granted to the Parties on the basis of legal regulations and the Agreement.
