Source text - Dutch Met het tot stand komen van de Kinderwet van Van
Houten (1874) en later de Arbeidswet (1889) werd de
eerste belangrijke aanzet gegeven voor wetgeving op
het gebied van arbeidsomstandigheden en bescherming.
In de loop van de jaren werd deze wetgeving bijgesteld
en aangevuld met o.a. de Veiligheidswet (1895) die o.a.
de veiligheid en hygiëne in verband met de arbeid
regelde. Tevens werd er een groot aantal
veiligheidsbesluiten vastgesteld zoals: veiligheidsbesluit
voor fabrieken en werkplaatsen, en het elektrotechnisch
veiligheidsbesluit. Een andere belangrijke wet is de
Arbeidstijdenwet, waarin de regels staan voor werk- en
rusttijden. In 1980 is de Veiligheidswet vervangen door
de Arbeidsomstandighedenwet (arbwet). In 1994 is de
Arbowet geheel herzien en aangevuld met Europese
regelgeving. In 2006 is de Arbowet opnieuw aangepast
aan Europese regelgeving en uitgewerkt als wet met
uitsluitend doelvoorschriften. Dit is het niveau van
bescherming dat bedrijven moeten bieden aan
werknemers, zodat zij veilig en gezond kunnen werken.
Deze doelvoorschriften worden zoveel als mogelijk
concreet beschreven in de Arbowet, het Arbobesluit en
de Arboregeling. Bijvoorbeeld het nemen van
maatregelen als het gevaar bestaat om 2,5 meter of
meer te vallen of het voorschrift dat het geluidsniveau
op de arbeidsplaats niet hoger mag zijn dan 85 decibel.
Translation - Slovak Prvým dôležitým krokom k zostaveniu legislatívy zaoberajúcej sa pracovnými podmienkami a ochranou zdravia pri práci bolo schválenie Zákona o ochrane mládeže od Samuela Van Houtena (1874) a neskôr Zákona o pracovných podmienkach (1889). Táto legislatíva prešla postupne rôznymi úpravami a bola doplnená napríklad aj Zákonom o bezpečnosti pri práci (1895), ktorý upravoval okrem iného aj bezpečnostné a hygienické podmienky na pracovisku. Zároveň vstúpilo do platnosti niekoľko uznesení o bezpečnosti, ako napríklad:
Uznesenie o bezpečnosti pre fabriky a dielne a Uznesenie o bezpečnosti pri práci s elektrotechnickými zariadeniami. Ďalším dôležitým zákonom bol Zákon o pracovnom čase, ktorý určuje pravidlá týkajúce sa pracovného času a doby odpočinku. V roku 1980 nahradil Zákon o bezpečnosti pri práci nový Zákon o bezpečnosti a ochrane zdravia pri práci (BOZP), ktorý bol v roku 1994 kompletne zrevidovaný a doplnený nariadeniami platnými v Európskej únii.
V roku 2006 bol Zákon o bezpečnosti a ochrane zdravia pri práci opäť zosúladený s európskymi predpismi a upravený na zákon, ktorý obsahuje výlučne cieľové predpisy. Určuje teda úroveň ochrany, ktorú sú podniky povinné poskytnúť svojim zamestnancom, aby mohli pracovať v bezpečnom a zdravom prostredí. Tieto predpisy popisujú čo najkonkrétnejšie Zákon o bezpečnosti a ochrane zdravia pri práci, Uznesenie o bezpečnosti a ochrane zdravia pri práci a Nariadenie o bezpečnosti a ochrane zdravia pri práci. Nájdete v nich napríklad opatrenia, ktoré je potrebné prijať, ak zamestnancovi hrozí pád z výšky 2,5 alebo viac metrov alebo predpis, že hladina hluku na pracovisku nesmie prekročiť prah 85 decibelov.
